TRAIN ON THE SYSTEMTHEY'LL ACTUALLY USE.

A generic AI course teaches prompting theory on a system nobody in the room will ever touch. Our training is the opposite: it happens on the actual build, using your actual data, with the actual people who will run it day to day. By the end of the session your team has driven the system themselves, not watched a demo.

Sessions are scoped around roles, not a single one-size-fits-all deck. The person approving exceptions gets a different session to the person doing daily data entry. Everyone leaves knowing exactly what the system does for them, what it will never do without a human, and where to look when something looks wrong.

CAPABILITIES.

[ WHAT WE DELIVER ]

CAP/01

[ ROLE-BASED SESSIONS ]

Training scoped to what each team actually does with the system, not one generic session for every job title in the building.

CAP/02

[ HANDS-ON WALKTHROUGHS ]

Your team drives the system live, on real workflows, with us in the room to answer the question that only comes up once they try it themselves.

CAP/03

[ FAILURE + EDGE CASE COVERAGE ]

We train what good looks like and what wrong looks like, so your team can spot a system going off track before it causes damage.

CAP/04

[ RECORDED SESSIONS ]

Every session recorded so new hires and absent staff are not left to figure it out alone, and refresher training does not require booking us again.

CAP/05

[ MANAGER + CHAMPION TRAINING ]

A deeper session for whoever will own the system internally, covering configuration, escalation paths and how to brief a new starter.

CAP/06

[ POST-LAUNCH Q&A WINDOW ]

A fixed window after go-live where questions that only surface once a system is in real use get answered fast, before bad habits set in.

USE CASES.

[ WHERE IT PAYS FOR ITSELF ]

  1. USE/01

    LAUNCH WEEK NERVES

A new system is going live and the team using it has not touched it yet. We run the training before launch so day one is confident, not confused.

  2. USE/02

    TOOLS BOUGHT, NEVER ADOPTED

AI tools were rolled out with no real training and usage never took off. We rebuild adoption around a session that actually lands.

  3. USE/03

    NEW STARTER ONBOARDING

New hires need to get up to speed on systems that are now business as usual. Recorded sessions and playbooks do the heavy lifting.

  4. USE/04

    AFTER A THIRD-PARTY BUILD

Another vendor delivered a system with no training plan. We can run enablement on a build we did not deliver ourselves.

CASE STUDIES.

[ LIVE SYSTEMS / REAL-WORLD APPLICATION ]

SYS/06

PIPELINE AGENT

CRM + FOLLOW-UP OPERATIONS

A Telegram-driven agent that keeps the CRM honest: cleaning records, surfacing leads due a follow-up, and drafting nudges for approval. Training focused on one thing, how to review and approve a drafted follow-up in seconds from a phone, so the team adopted it from day one instead of ignoring another dashboard.

SYS/05

TRIAGE AGENT

INBOX OPERATIONS

Reads the morning inbox and delivers a prioritised daily brief. The training that made it stick was short and specific: how to read the brief in under two minutes and when to override its priority call, not a lecture on how the model works underneath.

[ FREQUENTLY ASKED ]

Q/01ISN'T THIS JUST A DEMO DRESSED UP AS TRAINING?+

No, a demo is us showing your team. Training is your team doing it themselves, on real workflows, while we are there to catch mistakes and answer questions before they become habits.

Q/02HOW LONG DOES A TRAINING SESSION TAKE?+

Most role-based sessions run sixty to ninety minutes. Manager and champion sessions run longer, since they cover configuration and escalation as well as day-to-day use. We scope exact timing to the system.

Q/03WHAT IF HALF THE TEAM CAN'T MAKE THE LIVE SESSION?+

Every session is recorded, and we leave playbooks alongside it, so anyone who missed the live run can catch up without needing to book us again.

Q/04OUR STAFF ARE SCEPTICAL ABOUT AI. WILL TRAINING ACTUALLY CHANGE THAT?+

Usually, yes. Scepticism mostly comes from not trusting a system nobody explained properly. Once people have driven it themselves and seen where the guardrails are, the resistance tends to drop fast.
