PROSPECTING BOT

LEAD SCRAPER + PROPOSAL DRAFTING

Built in-house for Lucid's own pipeline. New job listings get watched, scored against what we actually do, and turned into a draft proposal, so the daily scroll becomes a five-minute review.

THE PROBLEM.

[ BEFORE ]

New work opportunities were posted as job listings throughout the day, and finding the ones worth chasing meant scrolling through all of them manually, most days, to catch the few that were actually a fit.

Fit wasn't always obvious from a title or a summary. Working out whether a listing genuinely matched what Lucid does took a proper read, and that read had to happen before a listing went stale and the opportunity passed.

Even after finding a good match, writing a tailored proposal from scratch took time that could otherwise go into doing the work itself, and that lag meant slower responses on opportunities worth moving on quickly.

WHAT WE BUILT.

[ THE SYSTEM ]

  1. BUILD/01

A bot that watches new job listings as they're posted, instead of relying on someone checking manually.

  2. BUILD/02

A scoring step that checks each listing against what Lucid actually does, filtering out the ones that aren't a real fit.

  3. BUILD/03

A drafting step that produces a tailored proposal for every listing that scores well, ready to review and send.

THE RESULT.

[ AFTER ]

A manual daily scroll through listings is now a five-minute review of the ones worth chasing, each with a proposal already drafted.
