A real estate agency's agents were working out commissions by hand or in ad-hoc spreadsheets, mid-conversation with a vendor. We built a mobile app that does the maths in real time instead.
THE PROBLEM.

Real estate commissions are rarely a flat percentage. Tiered bands, admin fees and multi-agent team splits all stack on top of each other, and every deal's structure is a little different.
Agents were working these numbers out by hand or in ad-hoc spreadsheets, often standing in front of a vendor who wanted an answer on the spot. The maths was slow to produce and easy to get wrong under pressure, and a mistake in front of a client is worse than a slow answer.

A React Native mobile app that calculates commissions in real time as an agent enters sale price and deal structure.
- BUILD/02
Support for the network's actual tiered structures: percentage bands, flat admin fees, and multi-agent team splits, with GST handled correctly for New Zealand.
- BUILD/03
A clean summary view an agent can walk a vendor through on the spot, on the phone already in their hand.
THE RESULT.

Agents now produce an accurate commission breakdown in seconds instead of minutes, with no spreadsheet errors, standing in front of the vendor instead of promising to follow up later.
